Wayfair Reviews API returns the customer reviews of a product: rating, text, date (also as ISO date), author, location, verified purchase badge, the options the reviewer bought and review photos. The answer also holds the total count, the review aspects with sentiment and the AI review summary. Page with limit (up to 100) and cursor: pass the next_cursor of the previous answer unchanged. Sort with sort and filter by star ratings, aspects and text search.
Filters are always honoured: a review outside the requested star ratings is never returned. Get the variant_id from the product route. Review videos are not included. Text in body is plain text: the match marks that Wayfair adds for a text search are removed. ai_review_summary holds the text and the disclaimer; the marked phrases (highlights) are part of the product route only.
Credits: 1 credit per successful request. Failed requests are not billed.
